Use of the sports facilities is only permitted during official opening hours and after booking. RENTAL EQUIPMENT The user is fully liable for damage to or loss of borrowed equipment (e.g., rackets, balls). SAFETY AND HYGIENE Please note that slippery or wet surfaces can pose a risk of injury. Parents are liable for their children. The use of showers, changing rooms, and other communal facilities is subject to hygiene regulations. ALCOHOL AND DRUGS Entering and using the facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. DATA PROTECTION Parts of the facility may be monitored by video surveillance for security purposes. Data protection regulations are observed. Further information can be found in our privacy policy. PARKING SPACES No liability is accepted for damage or theft in the facility's parking spaces. EVENTS During tournaments or other events, separate rules apply, which will be announced by management. THE MANAGEMENT EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENFORCE THE HOUSE RULES. THE OPERATORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO THE FACILITY. ON BEHALF OF THE MANAGEMENT
Terms and conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of HYPE Padel Club Flensburg 1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, bookings, and services between HYPE Padel Club Flensburg (hereinafter referred to as “Club”) and its customers. 2. Conclusion of contract The contract between the Club and the customer is concluded by booking a court, registering for an event, or purchasing a membership. Bookings can only be made via the online booking system. By making a booking, the customer accepts these GTC. 3. Services provided by the Club The Club provides padel courts and the associated facilities (e.g., changing rooms, showers, lounge areas). Additional services, such as coaching lessons or participation in tournaments, can be booked separately. The club reserves the right to cancel services due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. 4. Booking and cancellation Booking: Use of a court is only permitted within the booked time period. The court must be vacated immediately after the booking time has expired. Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the booking. If you cancel less than 12 hours before the booked time, you'll be charged the full booking price. No-show: If you don't show up without canceling, you'll lose your right to the booking. The booking price will be retained. 5. Prices and payment terms The current prices for bookings, memberships, and additional services can be found on the club's website. Payments can be made online in the Playtomic app. The club reserves the right to deny access to services in the event of late payment. 6. Liability The club is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for the loss of or damage to personal belongings. The customer is liable for all damage caused by improper use of the facilities. 7. Rules of conduct Use of the courts is at your own risk. The club accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained during use. The club's house rules are binding for all guests. In the event of a violation of the house rules or these terms and conditions, the club may exclude the customer from use. 8. Data protection The club processes customers' personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in the club's privacy policy. Parts of the facility may be under video surveillance for security reasons. By entering the facility, the customer agrees to video surveillance. 9. Widerrufsrecht Kunden können ihre Buchungen oder Mitgliedschaften innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss widerrufen, sofern die Leistungen nicht innerhalb dieses Zeitraums in Anspruch genommen wurden. Der Widerruf ist schriftlich an die im Impressum angegebene Adresse zu richten. 10. Schlussbestimmungen Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Gerichtsstand ist Flensburg, sofern gesetzlich zulässig. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE PARTS OF OUR FACILITY ARE UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE FOR SECURITY REASONS. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVES THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: The protection of persons and property. The prevention and investigation of criminal offenses. Enforce our property rights. INFORMATION ABOUT VIDEO SURVEILLANCE: Clearly visible signs provide information about video surveillance. The recordings are stored for a maximum of 48 hours and then automatically deleted, unless they are required for legal purposes. The video recordings are password-protected and only accessible to authorized persons. IMPORTANT NOTE: ACCESS TO THE FACILITY AND USE OF THE COURTS IS ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE PERSON CONCERNED AGREES TO VIDEO SURVEILLANCE. 5. House rules for HYPE Padel Club Flensburg HYPE Padel Club Flensburg welcomes all visitors. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and smooth playing experience for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following rules: 1. General rules of conduct Respectful behavior toward other guests, employees, and club facilities is mandatory. Any behavior that could endanger or disturb other people is prohibited. The consumption of alcohol, drugs, and smoking are prohibited throughout the entire facility. Dogs or other pets are not allowed on the club premises. 2. Use of the courts Access to the courts is only permitted in clean, non-marking sportswear and suitable sports shoes. Each booking is only valid for the reserved period. The court must be vacated at the end of the booking period. Use of the courts without prior booking is not permitted. Any dirt or damage to the courts or equipment must be reported immediately to the club management. 3. Booking times Courts can only be booked via our online booking system. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your booking time to avoid delays. Being late does not release you from the obligation to end your court booking on time. In the event of cancellations, the terms and conditions of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. 4. Safety and hygiene Please adhere to the hygiene regulations, especially when using communal facilities such as changing rooms and showers. Glass bottles or other dangerous objects are not permitted on the premises. Children may only remain on the premises under the supervision of an adult accompanying person. 5. Liability The club is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Visitors are liable for any damage caused by improper use of the facilities or by intentional misconduct. 6. House rules The club management reserves the right to expel persons who violate the house rules from the premises. In the event of repeated or serious misconduct, a permanent ban from the premises may be imposed. 7.
